Sample shop technician

Qualifications:

1.College degree or above, major in tooling, mechanical or material.  

2.2 years or above working experience in desiging tooling and fixture for production. 

Main responsibilities:

1.Program the laser machine for samples and production.

2.Responsible for laser production parts. 

3.Supervise labor that will load material and unload parts/scrap from the laser machine.

4.Responsible for maintenance of laser machine and other sample shop equipment.

5.Design and fabricate temporary tooling (dies, welding fixtures, etc..).

6.Manual press set up for production and sample making.

7.Assist development engineers in the sample making process. 

8.Sample fabrication - laser, forming, welding, riveting, etc...
