Create a favorable human resources and administrative office environment, supply the talents needed by the enterprise, stimulate the enthusiasm of employees for work, build corporate culture, maintain administrative office order, and enhance the efficiency of enterprise administrative work.Based on the resolutions of the branch company and the instructions of the factory manager, formulate the development plan and short-term plan for this department.
2. Organize the formulation of the department's annual, quarterly, monthly and work plans in accordance with the development plan.
3. Be responsible for organizing training for the company and department employees on the work standards, work processes and rules and regulations formulated by the company.
4. Be responsible for formulating and implementing the company's talent development strategy plan, and propose the optimal allocation of human resources in a timely manner.
5. Be responsible for organizing and conducting job assessment work, adjusting the internal institutions and job Settings of the company, and implementing fixed positions and staffing.
6. Be responsible for reviewing the handling of promotion, transfer and resignation procedures for company employees, as well as the approval of salary changes.
7. Be responsible for organizing the formulation of the company's recruitment plan and ensuring the normal operation of the recruitment management process, and select the most suitable talents for the company.
8. Be responsible for formulating the company's employee training and development plans and organizing and conducting various training activities. Be responsible for the approval of training and other educational expenses for the company's management personnel and employees.
9. Be responsible for designing and maintaining the performance appraisal system and process for the company's employees;
10. Under the guidance of the head office's salary and welfare management system, maintain the normal operation of the salary and welfare system of the branch company.
11. Be responsible for employee relations management; The signing and management of employee labor contracts; Investigation, analysis of employee satisfaction and formulation of rectification plans; Organize the coordination and handling of labor disputes;
12. Be responsible for the company's EHS management work and create a safe and environmentally friendly working and living environment for the enterprise.
13. Be responsible for the supervision and management of the company's logistics affairs (front desk reception, dormitories, canteens, cleaning, greening, vehicle dispatching, waste recycling management, water and electricity property management, house repair, facility maintenance).
14. Collaborate with the purchasing department to be responsible for the customization of work uniforms for the company's employees. Be responsible for the approval of office supplies and sporadic purchases.
15. Be responsible for the reception and explanation of external visits.
16. Be responsible for organizing and implementing various cultural, sports and tourism activities of the company;
17. Be responsible for preparing the department's expense budget and controlling the department's budget.
18. Regularly report to the direct superior, listen to the reports of subordinates and make work evaluations on them.

Professional requirements: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, other economics-related majors
Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience in human resources and administrative management in large and medium-sized enterprises, and over 3 years of experience in the same position. Possess experience in promoting management and concept innovation within the company
