Key RESPONSIBILITIES:
In order of importance, indicate the essential responsibilities of the position. Importance Major Actions and Support Actions
1.Establish and develop relationship with demand related contacts of key customers including proactive visiting the customer. Be initial contact in the plant for the customer supply concerns and initiate actions to the responsible
functions to maintain supply.
2. Follow up on significant demand changes with customer contacts to improve our business intelligence.
3. Follow-up and drive resolution of disputes on sales orders / deliveries / replacements / returnable packaging to guarantee the best possible service level to ensure a balance of customer satisfaction.
4. Manage protocol for data exchange and electronic communication with customers.
5. Be the focal person within the branch to receive and deploy customer specific supply requirements.
6.Access customer supplier portals as applicable to support kanban call off, service requirements and overall customer feedback processes. Manage demand from customers who do not use electronic communication and
ensure a demand plan is generated into our system.
7. Manage escalating supply issues ensuring customer communication is accurate and timely. Accountable to obtain customer approval for packaging (expendable and returnable as applicable).
8. Leading a Safety first approach maintaining a zero accident culture. Ensures and monitors work, accident prevention and safe working environment across the business.
