Our Sales team partners closely with customers to deliver value through strong relationships, operational excellence, and responsive support. By collaborating with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership, the sales organization plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

 

As a Sales Assistant Intern, you’ll gain exposure to strategic customer management while supporting daily sales operations and key accounts. You will support Senior Sales Managers and assist with activities related to a key customer account, specifically Lear. This role provides hands-on experience in sales operations, customer communication, and account support within a professional business environment.

 

This position is ideal for someone interested in sales, account management, or business development who wants to learn directly from experienced leaders while contributing to meaningful customer-facing work.

 

So, what will you be doing as a Sales Assistant Intern?

  • Senior Manager Support – Provide administrative and operational support to Senior Sales Managers, including preparing materials, tracking action items, and supporting meetings.
  • Account Support (Lear) – Assist with day-to-day support for the Lear account, helping ensure timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and coordinated communication.
  • Sales Coordination – Support order tracking, customer requests, and internal coordination between sales, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • Customer Communication – Help draft customer-facing materials, summaries, and updates under the guidance of the sales team.
  • Data & Reporting – Assist with maintaining sales data, dashboards, forecasts, and basic reporting for assigned accounts.
  • Process Support – Help document sales processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and organization.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams to support customer needs and account deliverables.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Comfort working with data, documents, and basic reporting tools.
  • Willingness to learn and support a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

 

Things we consider a plus:

  • Interest in sales, account management, or customer relations.
  • Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, or CRM systems.
  • Exposure to automotive or manufacturing customers.
  • Prior internship, customer service, or administrative experience.
