JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for monitoring and documenting branch quality systems.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
The primary duties of the employee are (but not limited to) the following:
- Maintain log of Quality Control checks.
- Monitor production activity for non-conforming product.
- Maintain the non-conforming product log.
- Ensure product specification documentation is available for all products produced.
- Coordinate Monthly, Quarterly, Annual sample submissions with production staff.
- Identify and record problems relating to the product and or process.
- Control production processing to prevent delivery/shipment of nonconforming product.
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
- Verify the implementation of solutions. Re-train as necessary
10. Determine process deficiencies or unsatisfactory conditions and report them to department Supervisor or Manager and Quality Manager.
11. Monitor/maintain the Calibration Program
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager
