JOB SUMMARY:     Responsible for monitoring and documenting branch quality systems.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

The primary duties of the employee are (but not limited to) the following:

 

  1. Maintain log of Quality Control checks.
  2. Monitor production activity for non-conforming product.
  3. Maintain the non-conforming product log.
  4. Ensure product specification documentation is available for all products produced.
  5. Coordinate Monthly, Quarterly, Annual sample submissions with production staff.
  6. Identify and record problems relating to the product and or process.
  7. Control production processing to prevent delivery/shipment of nonconforming product.
  8. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
  9. Verify the implementation of solutions. Re-train as necessary

10.  Determine process deficiencies or unsatisfactory conditions and report them to department Supervisor or Manager and Quality Manager.

11.  Monitor/maintain the Calibration Program

12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager
