Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

We, at Leggett Dynamics, are searching for a Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) within our Manufacturing Engineering/Maintenance team to help support our Automotive business. As a Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by keeping our production running smoothly, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvements across our manufacturing operations. The team you will be working with is a cross-functional team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and production professionals dedicated to operational excellence.

Additionally, you'll:

• Ensure maximum equipment uptime through expert troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing and facility systems
• Deliver proactive maintenance solutions by executing and continuously improving preventive maintenance programs
• Identify and implement reliability improvements that reduce downtime and increase operational performance
• Support the successful deployment of new manufacturing equipment from development through installation and commissioning
• Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance equipment efficiency, safety, and productivity
• Maintain full compliance with legal, regulatory, and EHS requirements for all equipment and facility modifications
• Contribute to business resilience by providing cross-functional backup support and deputy coverage when required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Completed technical training as an Electrician, Mechanical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification
• Approximately 2-3 years of professional experience within your technical discipline, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and maintenance best practices
• Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing methodologies, such as TPM, SMED, or similar continuous improvement approaches
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule (8-hour shifts)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent Hungarian language skills
