As a Systems Analyst you will have the opportunity to work closely with others to define, create, test, and implement solutions.  Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by and reducing the average resolution time for end users.  The team you will be working with is close-knit, and values collaboration and new ideas

So, what will you be doing as a Systems Analyst?

  • Demonstrate a customer-first approach.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions.
  • Research technical issues and solutions. Work closely with others to define, create, test, and implement the best solution.
  • Perform testing within the O365 Cloud platform, as needed.
  • Build and maintain appropriate documentation related to tool architecture, processes, and procedures.
  • Partner with tier 1 and 2 support teams to identify common issues and reduce average resolution time for end users.
  • Perform some system administration duties within Microsoft and other platforms.
  • Work closely with Technical Writers to maintain user training materials for tools and applicable environments.
  • Establish and maintain best practices to ensure compliance with IT standards, processes, principles, and methodologies.

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience with OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Ability to respond with urgency and stay organized within a fast-paced team
  • Familiarity with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Proactive, self-educating mindset with an eye for detail
  • Previous experience in a technical support or analyst role
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

 

Things we consider a plus

  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues with users across all levels of the organization
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications
  • Knowledge of PowerShell
