Job Responsibilities:
1. Manages the company's or product line's sales activities, including advanced sales activity. Negotiates program contracts for award.
2. Calls on key accounts to establish & cultivate relationships, identify opportunities and increase sales. 
3. Represents products/services requiring technical product knowledge/performance features to specific accounts.
4. Participates in quote reviews, identify areas that need improvement for quote presentation to customer. 
5. Report feedback from customer regarding product quality, customer service, overall performance and reasons for won/lost opportunities. 
6. Responsible for content in all sales reporting - SPA, Sales Headlines, 3-month updates, Sales Plan, NBO's & NBA's for specific customers/accounts.
7. Reports on and keeps informed on any and all competitive activities
8. Supports any/all MBR and Leadership related activities as required by the Sales Director.

Key Requirements:
1. 5+ years relative experience, automotive/lean manufacturing preferred
2. -Strong technical knowledge of product & manufacturing systems
3. Excellent negotiation skills
4. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
5. Knowledge of Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word
