As a(n) Marketing Project Manager you will have the opportunity to serve as a marketing liaison between multiple business units and the creative marketing team.  Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by influencing marketing initiatives for the company.  The team you will be working with is collaborative, resilient and hardworking, and values the diversity that the team brings into strategic development and thinking

So, what will you be doing as a(n) Marketing Project Manager?

  • Develop a trusted liaison relationship with business unit contacts, internal staff and management to facilitate a coordinated, efficient project flow. Engage with sales and marketing staff to develop hybrid campaigns such as webinars, social media and digital promotion, live walk throughs of sales spaces, and other alternatives to face-to-face marketing
  • Coordination of tradeshow exhibits onsite and/or events at all levels, including management of hired build crews, quoting, hosting duties during shows and key events, and constant client-focused troubleshooting
  • Manage multiple projects from beginning to end, including organization and completion of missing information, development and tracking of timelines, and maintenance of project budgets
  • Prepare regular reports that clearly communicate progress of project initiatives
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Create clear documentation and manage company expenses accurately

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role
  • Ability to travel several times a year both domestically and internationally
  • Exceptional communication skills (emphasis on listening, negotiation and presentation skills)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with limited supervision
  • Thrives working remotely and in-person
  • Excellent skills with online platforms such as Teams, Skype, Zoom etc.
  • Ability to do physical work and lift 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to become fork truck-certified

 

Things we consider a plus:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or project management-related field
  • Experience managing tradeshow, marketing, and hybrid/virtual projects
  • Interior, Spatial or Graphic Design experience (experience with CAD-style systems)
  • Strong analytical, budgeting and accounting skillsets, familiarity with Smartsheet
  • Experience with project management software such as InMotion/Lytho
  • Exhibit/event, construction (or other) prior project management
  • PMI, Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement, project management system knowledge
  • Sales, account management, or customer service experience helpful
