As an International Tax Manager you will have the opportunity to be involved and exposed to a comprehensive range of tax compliance and tax planning projects.  Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by helping avoid potential penalties for non-filing, as well as identifying tax cost savings opportunities.  The team you will be working with is collaborative, communicative, knowledgeable, and values the opportunity to improve and build on tax knowledge and skills this position offers

So, what will you be doing as an International Tax Manager?

  • Manage various aspects of our international tax operations, including tax planning, compliance, and provision.
  • Help lead non-US tax aspects of the US quarterly and year-end tax provision processes and SOX compliance.
  • Help lead  data gathering and preparation of responses to foreign tax audits and notices as required.
  • Research and document technical tax and tax accounting issues.
  • Lead Globe/Pillar 2 process implementation.
  • Manage transfer pricing compliance around the world.
  • Manage the non-US annual tax filings including coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Stay updated on all relevant tax laws, regulations, and practices to evaluate and communicate changes.

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field
  • Minimum five years of experience with public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department, international tax experience preferred
  • Strong critical thinking skills with an analytical mindset
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change, multi-task, and thrive in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with focus on quality, detail, and accuracy
  • Strong project and time management skills

 

Things we consider a plus:

  • CPA or CMA certification
  • Advanced Degree (MBA, Master of Accountancy, Master of Taxation)
