We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Senior Talent Advisor within our Human Resources team to help support our Automotive business. Did you know we are the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of seating support and comfort systems for transportation manufacturers, as well as tier one and two suppliers within the automotive industry? That’s right! Our automotive products fall into four primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support, Motors, Actuators and Massage Systems. As a Senior Talent Advisor you will help find and attract new employees for our exciting company, partnering with all levels of the business to fulfil their needs whilst offering guidance and support during the whole recruitment process. 

 

As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit and hire top-notch candidates and integrate them into L&P
  • Partner with our business unit leadership teams to understand their individualized business needs and advise on high-level talent strategies
  • Manage or assist with other Talent Acquisition projects such as training, technology implementations, and our efforts in inclusion, diversity and equity
  • Participate in cross-functional project work with other areas of Talent and HR, including Learning & Development, Communications and Social Media, and HR Technology

 

To be successful you'll need:

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiment experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with global teams 
  • Ability to work on multiple different vacancies at once, in multiple different functions/skillsets
  • Genuine friendliness and superior interpersonal communication skills, excellent English skills
  • Strong project management skills with the aptitude to meet deadlines and juggle multiple demands
  • A curious mind, advanced critical thinking abilities, sound judgment, and impeccable professionalism
