As an Ecommerce Growth Manager you will have the opportunity to take ownership of driving sales growth and optimizing performance across all digital channels-including third-party marketplaces (such as amazon) and online retail partners. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by improving conversion rates, increasing revenue and delivering a seamless ecommerce experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that boost product visibility, enhance the customer journey and capitalize on sales opportunities. So, what will you be doing as an Ecommerce Growth Manager?
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth across DTC websites, third-party marketplaces and retail partner platforms.
- Manage product content, pricing and promotions within marketplace and omnichannel platforms to maximize visibility and drive conversions.
- Analyze customer behavior, traffic sources and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize product listings, advertising campaigns and checkout processes to increase conversions and average order value.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations teams to support digital initiatives and ensure alignment across channels.
- Manage ecommerce platform integrations and enhancements to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct A/B tests and performance experiments to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Monitor key KPIs – including conversion rates, marketplace share, average order values (AOV) and customer lifetime values (CLV) – to track progress and inform data-driven decisions.
- Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices to continually recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Ideal canddiate would reside in one of these areas Kansas City, Joplin, or Carthage, MO or NC, or the greater Atlanta area or Bentonville, AR.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or online sales – with a proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple digital channels.
- Strong proficiency in ecommerce platforms, analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience managing product content, promotions and performance within third-party marketplaces and retail partner platforms.
- Skilled in optimizing online customer journeys, managing product listings and implementing promotional strategies.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product and operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; equivalent work experience in ecommerce or digital marketing will also be considered.
