Quality Supervisor

We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Quality Supervisor within our Quality team to help support our Hydraulic business.  Over the last 45 years, PACOMA has built a reputation as a world-class hydraulic cylinder manufacturer through our superior quality control and innovation. 1. Supervise the implementation of ISO9001 management system in various departments

 

2. Responsible for establishing product quality inspection standards and procedures, organizing quality inspection work for the entire process of product inspection and testing, establishing product quality management files, and proposing product quality improvement plans

 

3. Responsible for tracking and resolving quality issues, supervising and coordinating the progress of various departments in resolving quality issues

 

4. Participate in the testing work of new products, new processes, and new materials, issue test results, and provide feedback on the tests conducted

 

5. To deliver customers' products on time and ensure the quality of the products, as well as the required inspection reports and experiments reports and other documents

 

6. Responsible for introducing quality management technology and improving the level of quality management

 

7. Supervise the implementation of work objectives by subordinate employees, organize and guide inspectors to accurately record all inspection reports

 

8. Responsible for quality inspection of purchased raw materials and components, and participating in the assessment and verification of supplier quality assurance capabilities

 

9. Responsible for investigating, handling, and proposing improvement methods for customer complaints; Participate in the handling, review, and assessment and signature of daily non-conforming products, preside over quality accident analysis, and approve disposal plans

 

10. Complete other work tasks assigned by company leaders on time.
