Operational Buyer

We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Operational Buyer within our SCM team to help support our Hydraulic business. Over the last 74 years, PACOMA has built a reputation as a world-class hydraulic cylinder manufacturer through our superior quality control and innovation. PACOMA is a leading supplier of hydraulic cylinders for material handling, construction, agriculture, and transportation markets.  If you join our team, your work will ensure customers across the world have high-quality products they can use to keep their businesses running.

PRIMARY FUNCTION :

In charge of managing demand change, plan and organize material management functions with specific regard to material controls, analyze the supply capacity, supply risk.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

1.Monitor demand deviation, make material planning , analyze the root cause for demand changes.

2. Weekly review orders and forecast from the customer and provide to the suppler , communicate with the supplier for forecast confirmation .

3.Make purchase request, place and follow PO of raw material according to production planning.

4.To meet the customer satisfaction, follow and push urgent parts delivery according to adjusted production planning.

5. According to monthly consumption and stock lever, establish suppliers’ available stock in order to shorten the purchasing lead time and ensure to finish production plan on time.

6.Control efficient raw material stock.

7. Regular report raw material suppliers’ quality and OTD data

8. Accomplish other occasional tasks from director.
