The Human Resources function supports the organization by managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and essential HR operations. HR partners with leaders and employees to ensure smooth hiring processes, positive employee experiences, and accurate documentation across the employee lifecycle.
This internship supports core HR operations while reinforcing the organization’s commitment to developing early‑career talent through hands‑on learning and meaningful contribution.
As an HR Intern, you will support key Human Resources activities with a focus on recruitment coordination, employee events, and HR paperwork/administrative processes. This role provides practical exposure to essential HR functions and offers a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, people‑oriented, and eager to learn how HR supports both employees and business operations.
So, what will you be doing as an HR Intern?
- Recruitment Support – Assist with job postings, resume coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Hiring & Onboarding Paperwork – Help prepare, track, and organize new‑hire documentation and HR records.
- Employee Events & Engagement – Support planning and coordination of employee events, onboarding activities, and engagement initiatives.
- HR Documentation & Filing – Maintain HR files, records, and paperwork while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- HR Administrative Support – Assist with daily HR administrative tasks, data entry, and process tracking.
- Process Support & Improvement – Help document HR processes and support improvements to organization and efficiency.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with HR team members and internal partners to support people‑related initiatives.
- Additional duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Willingness to learn and support a team‑focused environment.
Things we consider a plus:
- Interest in recruitment, HR operations, or employee engagement.
- Experience with administrative work, event coordination, or scheduling.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or HR systems (ATS/HRIS).
- Previous internship, campus leadership, or customer‑facing experience.
