The primary duties of the employee are (but not limited to) the following:


  1. Work overtime as needed.
  2. Understand company policies and regulatory requirements.
  3. Conform to all Quality/Safety requirements and procedures.
  4. Participate in training programs.
  5. Follow all written procedures, work instructions and Inspection plans.
  6. Keep a clean and orderly work place.
  7. Participate in the Continuous Improvement Process and TPM.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
  9. Must assist installing and relocate equipment as needed.
  10. Weld as needed.
  11. Rework parts as needed.
  12. Assist and complete machine breakdowns and repairs.
  13. Troubleshoot problems as needed.
  14. Offer assistance as needed on any/all equipment.
  15. Clean up after all jobs, including assisting in keeping maintenance shop clean.
  16. Work on expeditors and forklifts as needed.
  17. General plant and outside maintenance.
  18. Some hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge.
  19. Suggest/recommend solutions to any mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, safety, quality, productivity cleanup problems that they may encounter.
  20. Must be available in plant is working a skeleton crew on his/her shift.
  21. Work any scheduled plant shut down for maintenance purposes as needed.
  22. Follow all lock-out/ tag-out procedures.
  23. Accomplish all Level I training requirements.
  24. Complete work orders on all work performed.
  25. Grease lubricate and PM all plant machinery as needed.



6am to 6pm (3 days one week and 4 days the next- you must work every other weekend)



Benefits start after 60 days and include, Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term disability, Stock options and 401(k). You will also receive 40 hours of vacation after completing 90 days of employment.
