The Quality function is responsible for ensuring products, processes, and systems meet required standards for safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. By partnering with engineering, production, and operations, the Quality team drives consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

As a Quality Intern, you will support Quality teams with day‑to‑day activities while gaining exposure to real‑world quality systems, processes, and improvement initiatives. This role is designed to help build a strong pipeline of young talent by providing hands‑on learning opportunities and meaningful contributions to quality‑focused work.
This position is ideal for students interested in quality, manufacturing, engineering support, or operational excellence who want to develop foundational skills in a professional environment.
So, what will you be doing as a Quality Intern?
- Quality Support Activities – Assist Quality team members with inspections, data collection, documentation, and general quality support tasks.
- Process & Product Quality – Support activities related to quality checks, audits, or monitoring product and process performance.
- Data & Reporting – Help collect, organize, and analyze quality data to support reporting and improvement efforts.
- Documentation & Records – Assist with maintaining quality records, procedures, work instructions, or audit documentation.
- Continuous Improvement Support – Participate in quality and continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, improving consistency, or enhancing compliance.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with production, engineering, and manufacturing teams to support quality objectives.
- Learning & Development – Gain exposure to quality tools, standards, and best practices while learning from experienced professionals.
- Employer Branding & Engagement – Act as an ambassador for the internship program by providing feedback and participating in engagement or outreach activities as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interest in quality systems, process improvement, or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work within a team.
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a hands‑on setting.
Things we consider a plus:
- Coursework or exposure to quality concepts, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Excel).
- Experience in a manufacturing, operations, or technical environment.
- Interest in pursuing a long‑term career in quality, operations, or engineering support.
