The Human Resources function supports the organization by attracting, developing, and engaging talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. HR partners with leaders and employees across the business to support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
This internship reflects our commitment to developing early‑career talent and strengthening our employer brand by providing meaningful, hands‑on HR experience.
As an HR Intern, you will support core Human Resources functions while gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle. This role is designed to help build a strong pipeline of young talent by offering professional development, mentorship, and real‑world experience in a collaborative HR environment.
This position is ideal for students interested in Human Resources, business, or people‑focused roles who want to learn how HR supports both employees and organizational goals.
So, what will you be doing as an HR Intern?
- HR Functional Support – Assist with day‑to‑day HR activities across recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and HR operations.
- Recruitment & Early‑Career Support – Support job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and internship or campus recruiting initiatives.
- Employee Engagement & Events – Assist with planning and supporting employee events, engagement activities, and internal communications.
- HR Data & Documentation – Help maintain employee records, update HR documentation, and support data tracking and reporting.
- Process Improvement – Support HR process improvements focused on efficiency, organization, and employee experience.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with HR team members and internal partners to support talent and people initiatives.
- Learning & Development – Gain exposure to HR best practices while learning from experienced professionals.
- Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Support – Act as an ambassador for the internship program by providing feedback and participating in engagement or outreach activities as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in Human Resources and people‑focused work.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
Things we consider a plus:
- Interest in recruiting, employee engagement, or HR operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office or HR systems (ATS, HRIS).
- Prior internship, campus leadership, or customer‑facing experience.
- Interest in long‑term career development within Human Resources.
