The Engineering function supports the organization by delivering technical expertise, innovation, and problem‑solving across products, processes, and operations. Engineers collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

As an Engineering Intern, you will support various engineering functions while gaining exposure to real‑world engineering challenges and professional practices. This role is designed to help build a strong pipeline of young engineering talent by offering learning opportunities, mentorship, and practical project experience.

So, what will you be doing as an Engineering Intern?
- Engineering Support – Assist engineering teams with day‑to‑day activities, including analysis, documentation, testing, or process support.
- Project Assistance – Support ongoing engineering projects and initiatives across different functional areas.
- Data & Analysis – Help collect, organize, and analyze technical or operational data to support engineering decisions.
- Documentation & Standards – Assist with maintaining drawings, specifications, reports, or technical documentation.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with engineering, production, quality, and other teams to support shared objectives.
- Continuous Improvement – Participate in improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, safety, or innovation.
- Learning & Development – Gain exposure to engineering best practices through hands‑on experience and mentorship.
- Employer Branding & Engagement – Act as a representative of the internship program by providing feedback and participating in engagement or outreach activities as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Strong interest in engineering and applied problem‑solving.
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a hands‑on environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Things we consider a plus:
- Previous internship, co‑op, lab, or project experience.
- Familiarity with basic engineering tools, software, or data analysis.
- Participation in engineering clubs, competitions, or technical organizations.
- Interest in long‑term growth within an engineering or technical career path.
