The Human Resources team supports the Furniture, Flooring & Textile Group by strengthening employee engagement, talent attraction, and organizational culture. Through collaboration with business leaders, HR helps tell the story of the group’s brands, people, and innovation while supporting workforce initiatives across multiple business units.

 

The Marketing Intern will support HR‑led marketing and branding efforts that showcase the Furniture, Flooring & Textile Group as an employer of choice and strengthen connections with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders. You will support employer branding, internal communications, and talent marketing initiatives for the Furniture, Flooring & Textile Group. This role provides hands‑on experience at the intersection of marketing, HR, and talent strategy.

 

This position is ideal for someone interested in marketing, communications, or employer branding who wants to apply creative and analytical skills to people‑focused initiatives in a professional, multi‑brand environment.

 

So, what will you be doing as a Marketing Intern?

  • Employer Branding Support – Assist in creating and updating content that promotes the Furniture, Flooring & Textile Group’s culture, career opportunities, and employee experiences.
  • Talent Marketing – Support recruitment marketing initiatives, including job postings, campaign materials, and outreach for early‑career and experienced‑hire talent.
  • Content Creation – Help develop written, visual, and digital content for internal platforms, career sites, and social media channels.
  • Internal Communications – Assist with HR communications related to employee programs, events, and organizational initiatives.
  • Event Support – Support marketing and communication efforts for career fairs, campus events, and internal engagement activities.
  • Brand Consistency – Help ensure messaging aligns with brand standards across the Furniture, Flooring & Textile Group.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Assist in tracking engagement metrics and gathering insights to improve outreach and branding efforts.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in marketing within a people‑focused or HR environment.

 

Things we consider a plus:

  • Experience with social media, digital marketing, or content creation tools.
  • Interest in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Previous internship, project, or campus organization experience related to marketing or communications.
