Basic Function:

Accurately and expeditiously process daily billing for all Warranty Department orders.  Complete tasks assigned by Office Management.


Primary Duties:

  • Work directly with Warranty Contact Center, Customer Service, and L&P Corporate Offices on billing related issues.
  • Review & correct billing errors with the Warranty Contact Center or Customer Service departments.
  • Process Picklists, Credit Memos, and Invoice Only orders for billing.
  • Transmit billing of all orders daily.
  • Prepare billing packets for record retention.
  • Assist in filing of Warranty and Customer Service records.
  • Assist Warranty, Customer Service, and Accounting personnel as necessary.
  • Participate in quarterly inventory.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Conform to all safety and quality requirements and procedures.
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process, and quality system. 
  • Identify and/or record any problems relating to the product, process, and the quality system.
  • Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through the designated channels.
  • Verify the implementation of solutions.
  • Control further processing, delivery, or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
  • Understand and practice the policies and procedures for LP9000 Management System, Manufacturing Resources Planning (MRP II), and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI).



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of office experience.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal skills.
