Our Digital Platforms and Talent Technology team builds and supports the software solutions that power employer branding, candidate engagement, and early‑career talent development. By creating scalable, user‑friendly applications and tools, the team helps connect people to opportunities, strengthen talent pipelines, and enhance the overall employee and candidate experience.

 

As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll contribute to real products and platforms that influence how talent engages with the organization from first touch through long‑term development. You will help design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support employer branding initiatives, engagement platforms, and talent development programs. This role provides hands‑on experience working on meaningful applications while learning how software engineering directly impacts recruiting and workforce strategy.

 

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, collaborating across functions, and applying technical skills to people‑focused challenges. You’ll gain exposure to modern development practices while contributing to projects with visible impact.

 

So, what will you be doing as a Software Engineer Intern?

  • Employer Branding Applications – Assist in developing and maintaining career websites, branding tools, and candidate‑facing platforms.
  • Engagement Tools – Support internal or external engagement platforms used for talent communities, events, communications, and feedback.
  • Talent Development Systems – Contribute to software that supports internships, early‑career programs, learning experiences, and pipeline tracking.
  • Feature Development & Testing – Build, test, and refine features using modern development frameworks and best practices.
  • Data Integration & Reporting – Help integrate data sources and support dashboards or analytics related to engagement and pipeline effectiveness.
  • Process & Platform Improvement – Identify opportunities to optimize performance, usability, and automation across systems.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of software development concepts and programming languages.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

 

Things we consider a plus:

  • Experience with web development (frontend and/or backend).
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, or cloud‑based platforms.
  • Interest in employer branding, recruiting technology, or early‑career talent programs.
  • Exposure to agile development, CI/CD, or version control systems.
