Potential candidates need to be able to commute to both locations.
Leggett & Platt Automotive Division is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to
support the Sales team with quote process & customer account maintenance. Collects & tracks sales data and compile information for monthly reporting purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate update of addressable market file on quarterly basis.
Kick off quote preparation in the quote management system (Q-strat), distribute weekly quote report including
2.timing/delays. Invite for kick-off meetings, issue meeting minutes, and follow up with action plans.
Generate monthly NBO and win-loss report from the GSP as input for the regional Demand Review. Generate
3.customized reports from GSP as needed by Sales and Demand team in close coordination with Sales Analyst and
Senior BI Manager. Support the Senior BI Manager with issuing a quarterly market price report.
4.Participate in AR meetings and coordinate Sales-specific tasks with the Sales team.
Support the Sales team with organizing workshops and meetings, as well as preparing PowerPoint presentations as
5.Support the Sales Team with organizing meeting and workshops preparing Power Point Presentations as needed (e.g. company presentation, competitive analysis slides, customer intimacy slides, etc.).
6. Act as interface between Sales Managers and other functions, supporting collection of raw material data, labor inflation, logistic costs, and special freight. Support the Senior BI Manager generating a profitability report.
7. Actively participate and support the Sales team in generating and updating process descriptions and work instructions ensuring latest revision level is available in the system.
8.Trained for all regional customer portals, assisting with quote entry as requested by Sales Managers.
Educational requirements, Certifications:
College Diploma in Business, or equivalent
Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in a related role
• Experience with cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration
• Automotive/manufacturing experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with different levels
Knowledge of business intelligence tools, such as PowerBI
Strong proficiency in MS Office and databases (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
