As a Custodial Technician, you will play an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors at our Corporate Office in Carthage, MO. Your work directly supports the comfort, safety, and productivity of everyone who uses our facilities. You’ll be part of a dependable, hard‑working team that values consistency, trust, and pride in maintaining a professional workspace. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.


So, what will you be doing as a Custodial Technician?
•     Perform daily cleaning tasks throughout office areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
•     Complete routine restroom cleaning and restocking to maintain sanitary conditions
•     Follow verbal and written instructions and work independently to complete assigned tasks
•     Support partial security responsibilities as needed during evening hours
•     Provide occasional coverage on holidays, weekends, or by phone when required
•     Contribute to a clean, safe, and orderly environment for all building occupants


To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
•     High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training
•     Valid driver’s license
•     Must be at least 18 years old
•     Strong sense of responsibility, trustworthiness, and reliability
•     Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, lifting, and extended periods of movement
•     Willingness to pick up voluntary shifts to support coverage needs during absences or holidays
