Customer Service Representative

Leggett & Platt, Incorporated is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative for its Cleveland, TN facility. This is a full-time, hourly paid position working Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Though we are a large company, this is a small facility, so you will get to wear a variety of hats during your workday.

 

What you’ll do

  • Provide excellent customer service
    • Answer calls
    • Greet walk in customers
    • Take customer orders
  • Provide inside sales support
    • Process orders from customers
    • Maintain files
    • Handle initial questions from customers
  • Provide production reporting
    • Data entry
    • Maintain files

 

Minimum qualifications

  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to record information accurately and completely
  • Possess good computer skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
  • 1-2 years’ experience, preferred
