In this fast-paced role, you will provide dedicated import source-to-pay support for our L&P partners.



What you’ll be doing:


  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with partners and internal/external stakeholders
  • Pre-screen and maintain import purchase orders for Customs compliance and other import requirements
  • Help assure on-time supply of imported goods; obtain and record supplier acknowledgements; monitor and report on import order status and help troubleshoot and resolve any supply issues
  • Work closely with ISCC staff, suppliers, and L&P operations to resolve any AP match variances or other documentation concerns to ensure invoice processing and Customs clearance obligations are met
  • Support international sourcing, supplier qualification, and supplier performance activities
  • Prepare data for monthly and quarterly metrics, as well as ad hoc analytical and reporting needs
  • Provide procurement systems support and guidance to our operations for import processes
  • Support internal operational activities, including documentation, analytics, and reporting
  • Participate in other LPGS, Corporate or business unit initiatives as needed

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative business relationships
  • Resourcefulness as a problem-solver with a strong analytical acumen
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with an eye for detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and an aptitude for learning new systems
  • Continuous Improvement mindset with the ability to rapidly adapt to changing demands


This position will work remotely until such time that we are able to return to our Chicago Loop office.
