岗位职责：

1、处理客户和生产过程的质量问题,按客户要求对质量问题进行分析和过程改善跟踪,确保纠正和预防措施是有效性。

2、定期与客户进行沟通,收集有关客户对公司的评价数据客户的反馈信息。

3、收集PPAP生产的文件和资料并按客户要求向客户提交PPAP。

4、公司新项目进展协调,并跟踪本部门新项目的工作的进展和试生产报告的总结。

5、对过程检验和出厂检验产品最终审核的结果进行审核。

6、按计划组织对公司内的产品做相关的试验和验证(产品审核)。

7、制定过程首件检验和过程巡检表及产品检验指导书;并监督实施和效果确认;负责对现场的SPC分析和控制。

8、组织制定GP12计划并监督计划实施的情况。

岗位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，机电一体化专业优先。

2、3年以上汽车零配件行业质量管理经验。

3、熟悉微电机加工技术及实验设计。

4、有一定的英语沟通能力。
