JOB SUMMARY: 

  • Achieve total customer satisfaction by resolving problems, questions, and iquiries. Carry out the process of receiving, processing, and delivering purchase orders provided by the customer, with the goal of fulfilling their product need on time and in full. 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Receive customer requirments and orders and enter them into the ERP system, maintaining constant communication with customers to clarify any question and confirm delivery dates.
  • Follow up and drive resolution of disputes on sales orders/deliveries/replacements/returnable packagining to guarantee the best possible service level to ensure a balance of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage protocol for data and electronic communication with customers.
  • Access customer supplier portals as applicable ( Ford & Stellantis) to support kanban call off, service requirments and overall custeomer feedback processes. Manage demand from customer communication and ensure a demand plan is generated into the ERP system.
  • Manage escalating supply issues ensuring customer communication is accurate and timely. Accountable to obtain customer approval for packaging (expandable and returnable as applicable).
  • Be the focal person within the branch to receive and deploy customer specific supply requirment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in similar role
  • Automotive expeirence
  • Very good communication skills and all level, especially towards cutomers.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Ford & Stellantis portal access
  • Advance Excell skills
