As a Supply Chain Analyst you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings.  Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by developing and implementing KPI’s, developing tools to aid in Supply Chain decisions, and utilizing data to support key initiatives.

So, what will you be doing as a Supply Chain Analyst?

  • Examining workflow and utilizing analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and streamline business processes, and enhance supply chain processes
  • Design, maintain, analyze supply chain metrics
  • Execution and maintenance or ad hoc analysis across the Organization
  • Work cross functionally to define the assumptions, query the data, build the models and align stakeholders on the process for analyzing data and developing summary actionable information
  • Perform data entry and validation, daily reporting and analysis, UAT testing on new systems
  • Gather and integrate relevant data quickly and adapt existing plans to new information
  • Support collaboration efforts across functions and will manage initiatives and projects from ideation to execution.

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, mathematics, data science, business or related field preferred
  • 3-5+ years of industry experience in data analysis and developing business cases
  • 2+ years’ experience in dashboarding, data visualization, and reporting
  • 2+ years’ experience in SQL and manipulating large data sets in a database
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL, data modeling, and working with “Big Data”
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excited to learn new technologies and analytical methodologies relating to business intelligence and data analysis
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to translate ambiguous business requirements into complex analyses and actionable insights
  • A deep understanding of metrics, reporting tools, and data structures
  • Experience in MRP environment strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work in groups or alone on projects
  • Ability to align with forward vision and proactively seek solutions to achieving vision
