As a Service Contract Specialist you will have the opportunity to administer and manage service contracts related to mobile phones, utility bill payments, copier leases, and phone services.  Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by ensuring cost-effective procurement, timely payments, and optimal service delivery across all relevant categories. 

So, what will you be doing as a Service Contracts Specialist?

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of mobile phones and related accessories.
  • Monitor usage, billing, and service plans to ensure cost-effectiveness and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with IT and HR for device provisioning, reassignment, and deactivation.
  • Manage the third-party utility bill payment process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and coordination between sites and payment company
  • Administer copier lease agreements and coordinate maintenance and service schedules.
  • Monitor usage metrics and optimize lease terms based on performance and business needs.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure copier availability and functionality.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to mobile and telecom services.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal users on service policies and procedures.

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or vendor management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, contract management systems, and ERP platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work in groups or alone on projects
  • Ability to align with forward vision and proactively seek solutions to achieving vision
  • Experience in a global or multi-site organization.
