As a R&D Project Manager you will have the opportunity to work with multiple business units.  Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by developing continuous improvement efforts within the department and team.  The team you will be working with is collaborative, innovative, and close knit and values challenging work and diversity of thought

So, what will you be doing as a(n) R&D Project Manager?

  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to help define project requirements
  • Establish project timelines and key deliverables
  • Work with developers to facilitate product development process
  • Identify and communicate risks to project success and timeline


To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Project Management
  • 3+ years of experience in Engineering Project Management, Electrical, or Software Product Development
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a cross‐functional team consisting of various engineering disciplines
  • Broad knowledge of engineering practices and processes
  • Strong collaboration skills: ability to interface with cross‐functional team including hardware and software developers, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills
  • Shows close attention to detail
