As a Quality Manager – Adjustable Bed you will have the opportunity to coordinate a quality plan for new product introduction.  Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by protecting the customers and our company’s reputation.  The team you will be working with is efficient, work quickly and go-getters, and values doing the right thing. 

So, what will you be doing as a Quality Manager – Adjustable Bed?

  • Develop and Lead vision and roadmap for Quality Assurance program.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards (LP-9000)
  • Responsible for customer complaint resolution. Leads cross-functional team to countermeasure and resolve chronic non-conformities and customer complaints.
  • Develop and implement quality metrics to measure performance of quality assurance program.
  • Develop Quality Control Plans for all new programs. Revise existing control plans for existing product lines as needed.
  • Work closely with branch Quality Management to ensure idea sharing and standardization.
  • Evaluate voice of customer data to improve product and/or processes ensuring the highest quality products and services.
  • Set up and maintain quality process controls and documentation
  • Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan ensuring ABG compliance in quality systems and policies
  • Act as a liaison with customers' auditors and ensure completion and execution of corrective action and compliance with customer specifications
  • Set Quality Assurance compliance objectives and ensure targets are achieved
  • Manage and maintain the company's quality inspection and product release programs


To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent
  • 5 years or more experience in quality management related field
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Demonstrated success in a leadership and team building role, with ability to coach and develop direct reports.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and fundamentals desired.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs
  • ISO9001 Lead Auditor Certification Preferred.
  • CQE or ASQ Certified
  • Lean or Six Sigma GB or BB certification preferred.
  • Ability to Travel Required.
