Programmer Analyst

Leggett & Platt, Incorporated is seeking a Programmer Analyst to do software development for existing and new applications which could range from one small program to an enterprise level application. If you like working with a variety of languages and solving problems, this may be the role for you! This position is open to permanent remote work.


What you’ll do

  • Support various applications by performing new development or troubleshooting issues
  • Perform analysis by learning the business functions of each application you support
  • Work closely with end users to analyze and solve business problems
  • Design, develop, test, and implement new programs and processes
  • Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle


Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems
  • 2+ years working with C#, ASP.Net, MVC, MSSQL    
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including international


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Knowledge of Profisee Master Data Management
  • Experience with writing specifications for new programs, enhancements, forms, and reports
  • AX development experience (X++)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SSRS
  • Familiar with ASP.Net including MVC
