As a Product Collaboration Manager you will have the opportunity to serve as the primary liaison between our internal product development teams and our customers’ engineering and design teams.  Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by successfully executing product development projects from concept through production.

So, what will you be doing as a Product Collaboration Manager?

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer product development teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable internal specifications and development plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial) to deliver on customer design and performance expectations.
  • Facilitate design reviews, technical discussions, and project updates with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support prototype development, testing, and validation in collaboration with customer teams.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Detailed tracking of customer requirements and change requests
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, or process improvement in collaboration with customers.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and project tracking tools.
  • Understanding of fundamental manufacturing processes and machinery.
  • Mild to moderate travel.

Things we consider a plus:

  • Master’s degree and/or PMP certification
  • Experience in the Bedding or Home Furnishings Industries
