As a PC Technician you will have the opportunity to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.  Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by providing great customer service to our internal clients.  The team you will be working with is innovative, and values problem solving, and finding the root cause of technical issues

So, what will you be doing as a PC Technician?

  • Installing, configuring and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs, mobile devices and peripherals, such as printer
  • Install various software products
  • Replace failed computer hardware and peripheral device components
  • Configure Windows operating system to company specifications
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems to determine cause and resolve
  • Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines


To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proficient in supporting and configuring Windows Operating Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Desire to learn new PC technologies
  • Familiarity with Apple hardware and software technology
  • Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with a team
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills


Things we consider a plus

  • Associates degree in Computer Science or 2-3 years of related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Apple products and network connectivity
  • A+, Network + certifications
