Our Human Resources team plays a vital role in supporting employees and leaders across the organization. From talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement, benefits administration, and events, HR works behind the scenes to create a positive, compliant, and people‑focused workplace. The team partners cross‑functionally to attract top talent, support employee experience, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

 

As an HR Intern, you’ll be immersed in core HR functions while gaining practical, hands‑on experience in a professional environment. You will support key human resources activities including recruitment coordination, employee events, and benefits administration. This role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle and provides an excellent foundation for a career in Human Resources.

 

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, people‑oriented, and eager to learn. You’ll collaborate with HR professionals, assist with meaningful projects, and help deliver initiatives that directly support employees and the business.

 

So, what will you be doing as an HR Intern?

  • Recruitment Support – Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiting events.
  • Onboarding & New Hire Support – Help prepare onboarding materials, coordinate new hire logistics, and support a positive first‑day experience.
  • Employee Events & Engagement – Support the planning and execution of employee events, engagement activities, and recognition programs.
  • Benefits Administration Support – Assist with benefits documentation, data tracking, employee inquiries, and coordination during open enrollment periods.
  • HR Data & Documentation – Maintain accurate employee records, assist with audits, and support HR reporting and compliance efforts.
  • General HR Operations – Provide administrative support for day‑to‑day HR activities and cross‑functional projects.
  • Learning & Development – Gain exposure to HR best practices while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

 

Things we consider a plus:

  • Interest or coursework in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience with scheduling, event coordination, or administrative work.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or HR systems (ATS, HRIS).
  • Prior internship, campus leadership, or customer‑facing experience.
