As a Business Process Analyst II you will have the opportunity to assist business/branch partners with demand management, supply chain planning, inventory management/optimization, materials management, process improvement, and sales and operations planning.  Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by optimizing demand management processes, master scheduling process, resource requirements planning, materials and production planning, inventory management/optimization and providing support for S&OP implementations and process improvements. This is an on-site position at our corporate office and therefore, we are only looking for candidates located in the Carthage, MO area.

So, what will you be doing as a Business Process Analyst II?

  • Be an expert resource to internal business units on Supply Chain Management activities such as Demand and Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning and other related initiatives.
  • Help teach and implement new processes in the field (BUs, Manufacturing Branches, etc.).
  • Work as a member of cross functional and project teams to ensure the effective execution of tasks by established deadlines and the execution of planning processes designed to meet costs/standards and fulfill customer demand.
  • Tracking and reporting key measures and making recommendations, as appropriate, to improve processes.
  • Analyzing and reporting on large and multi-dimensional data sets and other business information using MS Office and other technical planning and reporting solutions.
  • Modifying system UI configuration within the framework of the application.

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in a relevant field (Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain Management, etc.) is preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts, to include Demand Management, Master Scheduling, Production/Materials Scheduling, Inventory Management/Optimization and Sales & Operations Planning
  • 5+ years of experience with practical application of Supply Chain management concepts and methods in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Office in a business setting:  Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook is required; advanced Excel skills, Power BI and other technical systems experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in an MRP environment
  • Previous experience working with ERP/SC Planning systems (JDA/Blue Yonder, Oracle, SAP, etc.); experience with JDA/Blue Yonder system is highly preferred.
  • Highly proficient analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with applicable experience in analysis of large and multi-dimensional data sets using Excel, Power BI and other analysis tools.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers and other team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively teach/train and coach others
  • Solid project management and systems/process implementation skills
  • Ability to work independently to identify issues/solutions and prioritize and complete tasks to successfully achieve results while contributing to a strong team environment
