Our Adjustable Bed division is seeking an Account Coordinator. In this role you will work to support one of fastest growing customer segments by working directly with them to better understand forecasting, demand, product, and customer service needs. What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating with customers regarding upcoming forecast and promotions
  • Collecting and communicating demand intelligence from customers that will be used to create the Demand Plan
  • Reviewing incoming shipments with customers to ensure timely delivery and assisting with delivery modifications
  • Reviewing orders, forecast accuracy and servicing topics with customer
  • Assisting customers by responding to daily inquiries regarding orders, warranty requests and other topics
  • Creating and maintaining monthly presentation to present new opportunities, upcoming demand, product changes, warranty reports and other topics with the customer
  • Answering consumer questions and product inquiries

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An understanding of metrics, reporting tools, and data structures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work in groups or alone on projects
  • Ability to align with forward vision and proactively seek solutions to achieving vision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Suite Products
