Business Development Manager

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and executing regional growth plans
  • Overseeing and managing customer expectations
  • Building relationships with major aerospace customers in the region, with a focus on securing new business at new accounts
  • Providing accurate new business opportunity forecasts
  • Conducting sales analysis to increase business growth for the company
  • Working side by side with branch sales teams to build sales territories while cultivating strategic relationships with current key customers
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments that affect current customers, identify opportunities and target markets


A few things you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of aerospace sales experience
  • Proven sales and marketing success
  • Ability to travel 60-80%


What we’re looking for:

  • Product knowledge in aircraft systems, tubes and ducts, metal forming and fabricating
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities, including public speaking and presentation skills
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and build a strong team
