We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Business Analyst I - QA for our Information Technology Quality Assurance team. As a Business Analyst I - QA for our Data Management Services team, you will have the opportunity to engage with team members to assist with testing processes and results for several applications. 

 

So, what will you be doing as a Business Analyst I - QA?

  • Partnering with end users to create/update test cases
  • Execute RSAT and End-to-End test cases for D365 upgrades
  • Monitor test processes for completion in a timely manner
  • Review test results to ensure compliance requirements met

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Ability to analyze issues and propose options for resolution
  • Understanding of testing and quality processes
  • Associates Degree in Business, Information Technology, or other related area

 

Things we consider a plus:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or other related area
  • 2+ years experience in testing processes, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience with Microsoft AX 2012 or Dynamics 365
