🛠 Key Responsibilities
1. New Program Management & Development
- Manage and support RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes for new programs.
- Analyze direct labor costs and capital investment requirements.
- Prepare and manage technical documentation related to new facilities, including
specification analysis and drafting of equipment specifications.
2. Production Site Management & Documentation
- Maintain and update production-related documents such as FMEA, Process Flow Charts (PFC), Control Plans, and Manufacturing Feasibility Evaluations.
- Monitor and manage production downtime and loss time.
- Design and maintain factory layouts to support efficient production flow.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes through the application of technologies such as vision systems, PLCs, and tooling enhancements.
- Lead CI (Continuous Improvement) and Lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Administer ERP systems, including Teamcenter, for production data and documentation management.
3. Equipment Installation & Operation
- Plan and manage the installation and commissioning of equipment for new projects.
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers to review and optimize equipment designs.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and operational readiness of new machinery.
4. Certification & Audit Compliance
- Prepare for and respond to customer process audits across all production phases (Prototype, P1, Initial Production, Mass Production).
- Manage certification processes for SQ (Hyundai) and SES (Renault), including documentation updates.
- Ensure compliance with IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards and manage related audit documentation.
🌟 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (4-year university graduate)
- Preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or above, or equivalent certification)
- Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing engineering within the automotive parts industry are preferred (entry-level applicants are also welcome).
