Key RESPONSIBILITIES:

Scope: Riveting Lines

Safety – Environment – Quality – Compliance (SEQC: An Toàn – Môi trường – Chất lượng – Sự tuân thủ)

• Ensure whole team Comply with the company's general safety operating procedures and the safety operating procedures of all position
• Ensure whole team  Strictly follow the operating procedures of production line to ensure enviroment aspect, and do not operate in violation of regulations
• Ensure the quality of product by following the work instruction and escalate any findings that could affect the quality of product
• Comply and Agree with the leadership and values and working of Leggett & Platt - Bau Bang Co., Ltd.

Production – Sản xuất

• Responsible for the management and production command of the group, Work instruction/SOP composing, reasonably arrange the riveting stations and other stations of the group employees, actively mobilize the work enthusiasm of the employees, ensure the quality and quantity of the assigned production tasks on time, and report the group production daily report on time;
• Responsible for organizing the sample preparation, equipment inspection, material collection, personnel arrangement for machine riveting stations and other stations before production. After the machine is turned on, the first product to be riveted must pass the inspection before production can officially begin;
• Inspect and supervise the work process of employees within the group, and provide guidance on their operating skills, gradually improve their operating level and production efficiency, continuously reduce material loss and production costs, and maintain 5S condition.
• Actively understand the ideological status of employees, resolve conflicts, help employees develop a positive attitude and build a good image of themselves, and submit comprehensive employee ratings on time every month;
• Other task assigned by superior;

Autonomous maintenance – Bảo trì tự quản

• Responsible for the adjustment and general fault repair of the riveting machine, and training and guiding employees to do the daily maintenance of the riveting machine;
• Ensure whole team understand and follow AM calendar (Cleaning – Lubrication – Inspection – Retighten - Safety Calendar)/

• Ensure whole team Actively participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the current management system, and make reasonable suggestions for the company's management and production.
• Committed to the implementation and continuous improvement of the current quality management system, continuously improving one's own management level, technical application and comprehensive quality, and proposing reasonable suggestions or plans for the company's management and production to improve work performance.

Safety/Environment/Quality/Environment/Production/ Autonomous Mainternance

- Get well trained to adapt working condition.

- Be listened to all suggestion to make a better working environment.

Experience:

3-4 years experience as a Shift Leader, Assistant Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or in a similar role.

Prefer candidate having hands-on experience in people management – team size ~ 100.

Could use English for business manner.

Computer skill (Word, Excel, PPT)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:

Work in shifts and overtime when required (must).

Problem-Solving Skills and investigation capabilities;

Strong mindset with safety, environment, quality, and target achievement;

Lead by example, promote and implement the company's rules and regulations within the team, have a certain team spirit, and be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues to complete the production tasks and other tasks of the group;
