Key RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safety – Environment – Quality – Compliance (SEQC: An Toàn – Môi trường – Chất lượng – Sự tuân thủ)

• Comply with the company's general safety operating procedures and the safety operating procedures of this position / Tuân thủ các quy trình vận hành an toàn chung của công ty và các quy trình vận hành an toàn của vị trí này.
• Strictly follow the operating procedures of this production line to ensure enviroment aspect, and do not operate in violation of regulations / Thực hiện nghiêm ngặt các quy trình vận hành của dây chuyền sản xuất này để đảm bảo khía cạnh môi trường, không hoạt động trái quy định;
• Ensure the quality of product by following the work instruction and escalate any findings that could affect the quality of product / Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm bằng cách tuân thủ hướng dẫn làm việc và báo cáo bất kỳ phát hiện nào có thể ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng sản phẩm.

Operation – Vận hành

• Cooperate with the shipper to complete the delivery task/ receiving task with guaranteed quality and quantity/ Phối hợp với bên giao hàng để hoàn thành nhiệm vụ giao hàng/nhận hàng với chất lượng và số lượng được đảm bảo.
• Carefully, accurately and timely complete the semi-finished products of the varnishing line, classify and neatly stack them/ Hoàn thành cẩn thận, chính xác và kịp thời các sản phẩm bán thành phẩm của dây chuyền đánh vecni, phân loại và xếp gọn gang.
• Cooperate with the finished product manager to organize the chair wooden box stacking area/ Phối hợp với quản lý thành phẩm để sắp xếp khu vực xếp hộp gỗ ghế
• Cooperate with the finished product manager to be responsible for the environmental sanitation of the chair storage area/ Phối hợp với quản lý thành phẩm để chịu trách nhiệm vệ sinh môi trường khu vực lưu trữ ghế.
• Actively cooperate with other departments in their assistance work/ Phối hợp tích cực với các bộ phận khác trong công tác hỗ trợ của họ

Autonomous mainternance – Bảo trì tự quản

• Take the ownership of the machine to ensure it become more reliable due to the professional growth of the operators by / Tiếp quản máy móc để đảm bảo máy móc trở nên đáng tin cậy hơn nhờ sự phát triển chuyên môn của người vận hành bằng cách:

• Apply AM calendar (Cleaning – Lubrication – Inspection – Retighten - Safety Calendar)/ Áp dụng lịch AM (Lịch vệ sinh – Bôi trơn – Kiểm tra – Siết chặt lại – Kiểm tra an toàn).
• Take appropriate trained actions to solve simple issue of machine / Thực hiện các hành động được đào tạo phù hợp để giải quyết các vấn đề đơn giản của máy.

Continuous improvement – Cải tiến liên tục.

• Actively participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the current management system, and make reasonable suggestions for the company's management and production / Tham gia tích cực vào việc triển khai và cải tiến liên tục hệ thống quản lý hiện hành, đưa ra những đề xuất hợp lý phục vụ cho công tác quản lý và sản xuất của công ty;

Safety/Environment/Quality/Environment/Production/ Autonomous Mainternance

Educational requirements, Certifications:

Above high school education, healthy, hard-working, and agile; / Cấp 2 hoặc cao hơn, có sức khỏe, chịu khó và linh động trong công việc

Having Forklift Driving License is the “MUST” / Phải có chứng chỉ vận hành xe nâng

Experience:

 1 ~ 2 years working with forklift.

1. Junnior high school education, healthy, hard-working, and agile; / Cấp 2 hoặc cao hơn, có sức khỏe, chịu khó và linh động trong công việc
2. Work in shifts and overtime when required (must).? Làm việc theo ca và tang ca theo yêu cầu (bắt buộc)
3. Obey orders, follow instructions, have a certain team spirit, and be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues to complete the production tasks and other tasks of the group;/ Tuân thủ mệnh lệnh, hướng dẫn, có tinh thần đồng đội nhất định và có khả năng hợp tác hiệu quả với các đồng nghiệp để hoàn thành nhiệm vụ sản xuất và các nhiệm vụ khác của nhóm;
