Major Actions and Support Actions
- Responsible for the inspection and testing of manufacturing processes, materials and products to ensure product quality compliance with standards
- Arrange daily work according to the production plan and hold class meetings regularly.
- Carefully and strictly inspect according to the inspection standards to ensure product quality to the greatest extent.
- Carefully record relevant data and submit them in time.
- Solve the quality problems in the process and report to the superiors in a timely manner.
- Supervise the implementation of the work content and responsibilities of the inspectors, and reasonably dispatch team members.
- Actively understand the ideological status of employees, provide correct guidance, resolve conflicts, help employees develop a positive attitude and establish a good image of themselves, and report to superiors in a timely manner when necessary.
- Provide suggestions for improvement for department managers.
- Maintains designated work area clean and orderly.
- Committed to the implementation and continuous improvement of the current quality management system.
- Take appropriate actions to prevent any non-conformities related to products, processes and/or systems.
- Identify and/or record any issues with products, processes and management systems.
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
- Validate implementation of the solution.
- Control the further handling, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the defect or non-conformance is corrected.
- Preparation, update and review of relevant documents.
- Measurement equipment planning: management equipment & calibrating equipment periodically.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Educational requirements, Certifications: College or bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Managing quality control systems.
- Experience in multiple areas of quality management, such as inspection, testing, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in managing quality-related projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with international quality standards and regulations can be a significant asset.
