POSITION SUMMARY

As Plant HR leader one of Plant leadership team members, responsible to partner with Plant leadership team to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies in plant. Leveraging HR resources to manage a site-based HR professional services to managers and employees on site.

Major Actions and Support Actions

  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the company's objectives. Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary reviews
  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and alignment with company goals
  • Foster a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee concerns
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business needs and objectives
  • Review the spending of various administrative expenses of the company
  • In charge of guiding and supervising the specific implementation of various administrative tasks of the company, such as canteen management, greening, sanitation, vehicle management, ticket related and etc.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by leaders
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
 
Educational requirements, Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written in Vietnamese and fluency in English
 
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations
• Good at teamwork, with affinity, excellent communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
