Leggett & Platt is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Clerk to maintain our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and support compliance efforts at our Berwick facility. This role ensures audit readiness, accurate quality reporting, and continuous improvement within operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control ISO 9001:2015 documentation and records
- Plan and conduct internal audits; track corrective actions to closure
- Support external audits and ensure ongoing audit readiness
- Track and report quality metrics, KPIs, and customer issues
- Maintain calibration records and quality logs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and training coordination
- Provide light safety support (recordkeeping, metrics tracking, audit assistance)
- Assist with basic inventory controls
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in quality, manufacturing, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage deadlines and work across teams
