Compliance Clerk

Leggett & Platt is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Clerk to maintain our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and support compliance efforts at our Berwick facility. This role ensures audit readiness, accurate quality reporting, and continuous improvement within operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control ISO 9001:2015 documentation and records
• Plan and conduct internal audits; track corrective actions to closure
• Support external audits and ensure ongoing audit readiness
• Track and report quality metrics, KPIs, and customer issues
• Maintain calibration records and quality logs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and training coordination
• Provide light safety support (recordkeeping, metrics tracking, audit assistance)
• Assist with basic inventory controls

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in quality, manufacturing, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to manage deadlines and work across teams
