QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  1. Must have a good understanding of a basic manufacturing process.
  2. Knowledge of machine assembly.
  3. Excellent math skills.
  4. Must exhibit good attendance.
  5. Ability to use and understand basic inspection tools.
  6. Ability to read and interpret prints/drawings.
  7. Clear understanding of tolerances and fitting parts.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  9. Must be able to work effectively in a team atmosphere.          
  10. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  11. Willingness to work overtime when needed.
  12. Must have experience and knowledge in machine set-up and testing.
  13. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  14. Ability to troubleshoot and repair machines.
  15. Ability to use standard and complex measuring devices.
  16. Must be detail oriented.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES:

 

The primary duties of the employee are (but not limited to) the following:

 

  1. Assemble complete sewing systems, test, inspect, and package.
  2. Identify, record, and communicate any problems relating to product, process, and quality.
  3. Able to machine parts to print specifications by using a mill or lathe, a plus.
  4. Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate.
  5. Consult with engineering relative to modifications or changes that may improve or enhance the quality of the products. 
  6. Must have capability to assemble small and precise parts.
  7. Assure all company policies and procedures are followed.
